If you had to teach something, what would you teach?
Teaching comes to each of us differently. For some of us it is easy and natural. Others many have a harder time with it. I always notice the differences between all of my teachers, because they all have different styles. But if I had to teach something then I would teach about making mistakes and learning how to accept them. I mean its difficult for us humans to accept when we have done something wrong, especially when we worked really hard. Mistakes can run anywhere from big life mistakes to small posture mistakes in yoga class. But what I would tell my students is that making mistakes is normal. How we overcome them is more important. We have to look at what we did wrong and when the opportunity arises to do it differently and better we try. Plus never giving up even when times get tough is an important thing to remember. Keep your chin up and live in the present. The mistake was made and is now over. Live now and remember what you learned.
So what would you teach if you had to?
